Siyata Mobile Receives FCC and IC Approval for its Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE In-Vehicle Cellular Device

Montréal, QC – Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSX-V:SIM | OTCQX: SYATF) (the “Company” or “Siyata”) is pleased to announce it has received Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and Industry Canada’s (“IC”) approval for its Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE in-vehicle cellular device.

The Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE is the world’s first and only in-vehicle connected cellular device with Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (“PoC”), dedicated external microphones, speakers, battery connection, and hands-free driving features for safer fleet communications.

The flagship Uniden® UV350 4G/LTE device is currently undergoing device testing with both Canadian and U.S. Tier 1 operators, and the Company aims to launch with the carriers in Q1 and Q2 2018 respectively.

According to the United States Department of Transportation, in 2015 there were over 12 million fleet vehicles in the United States.
