Nevsun Resources Ltd. is the 60% owner of the high grade Bisha Mine in Eritrea. Bisha has over 9 years of reserve life, generating revenue from both copper and zinc concentrates containing gold and silver by-products. After their recent acquisition of Reservoir Minerals in July 2016 for $440M, they were provided with Timock, a high quality Copper-Gold project in Serbia, specifically the Bor region.
Ventana held rights to 4,590 hectares of exploration property in Colombia covering two key project areas. La Bodega - Ventana’s flagship La Bodega project covers 880 hectares in northeastern Colombia. La Bodega hosts the high-grade La Mascota discovery. Ventana is currently drilling with 10 rigs on the property. Cal-Vetas - The 100%-owned Cal-Vetas project consists of 3,710 hectares south of La Bodega. Ventana Gold Corp. was acquired by AUX Canada Acquisition Inc. in March 2011.
