Graphite One Announces Termination of Marketing Services with Promethean Marketing Inc.
March 20, 2023 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc. (TSX‐V: GPH; OTCQX: GPHOF) (“Graphite One” or the “Company”) today announces that further to its press release dated May 10, 2022, the agreement for digital marketing services entered into by the Company and Promethean Marketing Inc., was terminated effective March 16, 2023.
