Graphite One Enters into Market-Making Services Agreement
November 1, 2023 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc. (TSX-V: GPH; OTCQX: GPHOF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that subject to regulatory approval, it has entered into a Market-Making Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Independent Trading Group (ITG) Inc. (“ITG”) to provide market-making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) policies and applicable laws.
