Graphite One Announces Termination of Memorandum of Understanding with Lithium-Ion Battery Anode Producer
January 17, 2024 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Graphite One Inc. (TSX‐V: GPH; OTCQX: GPHOF) (“Graphite One” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has delivered a termination notice pursuant to the memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) that was originally entered into between the Company and Great Sunshine (Guizhou) New Energy Material Co., Ltd. (“Sunrise”) on January 7, 2022.
