Northstar Announces Closing of Final Tranche of Over-Subscribed Private Placement
Northstar is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche of its previously announced private placement offering of unsecured convertible debenture units of the Company at a price of $5,000 per Convertible Debenture Unit for gross proceeds of $1,375,000.
