Temas Resources Revised Terms of Previous Announced Non-Brokered Private Placement of up to $1.5 Million
Temas Resources Corp. announces that it has amended the terms of its non-brokered private placement, reducing the price from $0.25 per unit to $0.20 per unit and thereby issuing up to of up to 7,500,000 units for gross proceeds of $1.5 million.
