Northstar Receives ERA Approval for Grant Funding Milestone Following Completion of Detailed Engineering Design
Northstar is pleased to announce that it has received the Government of Alberta’s TIER Fund approval through Emissions Reduction Alberta for the Company’s formal submission related to the first milestone for the government grant following the completion of detailed engineering design for its planned asphalt shingle reprocessing facility in Calgary, Alberta.
Temas Resources Completes First Tranche of Private Placement
The Company has closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement (the “Financing”), issuing 5,943,690 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,188,738.
