Vancouver, BC – KIN Communications (“KIN”) is pleased to announce the addition of Josh Peligal to the team as Vice President, Investor Relations. Mr. Peligal will work closely with the company’s CEO & President, Arlen Hansen, to broaden KIN’s institutional and analyst reach, while implementing best practices and systems oversight to KIN’s clients and continually improve on strategic outreach to the relevant investment community.

Mr. Peligal brings 9 years of business experience to KIN across a variety of sectors. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), Mr. Peligal has consulted with various companies in the areas of investor relations, fundraising, finance, and accounting. In his most recent position as Director, Investor Relations with DeNA Co., Ltd. (TYO:2432) (“DeNA”), a Tokyo-listed gaming and technology company, he was responsible for DeNA’s investor relations program across Asia, North America and Europe. During this time, Mr. Peligal split his time between DeNA’s Vancouver, San Francisco and Tokyo offices. Prior to this, Mr. Peligal held positions with lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) and Glentel Inc. (previously listed under TSE:GLN).

As Vice President, Investor Relations, Mr. Peligal will be responsible for day-to-day operations, research, and investor relations planning and strategies to further elevate the services provided by Kin Communications.

Mr. Peligal is a native of Vancouver and a graduate of Simon Fraser University where he earned his bachelor’s degree with honours in Business Administration in both finance and international business. He also holds a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.
