IsoEnergy Ltd. Announces C$4.5 Million Bought Deal Private Placement

Vancouver, BCIsoEnergy Ltd. (TSX-V: ISO | OTCQX: ISENF) (the “Company” or “IsoEnergy”) has entered into an agreement with Cormark Securities Inc., as lead underwriter on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters, pursuant to which the underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal private placement basis, 6,818,000 flow-through shares of the company at a price of 44 cents per flow-through share for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,999,920 and 3,947,000 common shares at a price of 38 cents per common share for gross proceeds of $1,499,860.

In addition, the underwriter will have the option, not the obligation, exercisable in whole or in part, at any time up to 48 hours prior to the closing of the offering, to increase the size of the offering by up to an additional 2,691,250 securities.

The proceeds received by the company from the sale of the flow-through shares will be used to incur Canadian exploration expenses on the company’s properties in the province of Saskatchewan (as such terms are defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada)). The qualifying expenditures will be renounced to the subscribers with an effective date no later than Dec. 31, 2018, in the aggregate amount of not less than the total amount of the gross proceeds raised from the issue of flow-through shares.

The offering is scheduled to close on or about Dec. 20, 2018, and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and the securities regulatory authorities.
