Vancouver, BC – Gold Jubilee Capital Corp. (TSX-V:GJB) (“Gold Jubilee” or the “Company”), announces that the Board of Directors have decided to change the Company’s name to “OK2 Minerals Ltd.” The Company’s common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”) under the new trading symbol: “OK”. There will be no change to the issued and outstanding share structure. It is expected that the common shares will commence trading on the TSX-V under the new name and “OK” trading symbol on or about September 15, 2016.
