Vancouver, BC – [March 24, 2025] – Kin Communications Inc., a full-service investor relations agency delivering last-mile IR services with a strong focus on the natural resource sector, proudly announces that it has joined The Femina Collective,a leading organization dedicated to empowering women in the mining sector, as a sponsor for the Femina Women & Investment Education Course, an 8-week program designed to introduce women to the fundamentals of investment strategies. This course is part of The Femina Collective’s ongoing mission to radically change the experience of women in mining by providing women with tools, resources, and opportunities to thrive in traditionally male-dominated industries.

The Femina Women & Investment Education Course, now open for registration, launches on Thursday, April 17th. It was developed to empower women who want to understand the basics, create a responsible mining sector, and become accredited investors.

The Investment Education Course offers an accessible and structured approach to understanding investment concepts, financial products, risk tolerance, and portfolio diversification. The program includes:

  • Comprehensive Content: The “Introduction to Investment” workbook will guide participants through eight weeks of structured learning.
  • Expert Webinars: Weekly sessions featuring guest speakers from the mining and financial sectors.
  • Action-Oriented Outcomes: Participants will learn how to create personalized investment plans, gaining practical knowledge to build confidence in financial decision-making.
  • Exclusive Networking Opportunities: Access a community of like-minded women and industry experts.

Kin Communications is excited to sponsor this course with a unique model by providing scholarship opportunities in five categories to make mining investing more accessible and inclusive to all. Scholarship applications are open to women who are self-identified members of the following-communities: Women in mining, LGBTQA+, Indigenous, Student, or Women in non-mining fields.

The Femina Investment Education Course is an educational program only and does not provide investment advice. Instead, it serves as a foundational course to help participants understand the basics of investment strategies and navigate the complexities of financial planning.

Beth Borody, CEO and Founder of The Femina Collective shared the following comments regarding the scholarship sponsorship:

Femina Collective is grateful to Kin Communications for its support of women’s education and financial literacy. Through this partnership, we will be able to provide five women with the opportunity to understand how to manage their finances and build their wealth. This is a great opportunity to ensure women from all backgrounds can access this course.
