Revenue and EBITDA Summary
- Revenue for the quarter was $30 million, an 8% decrease over the second quarter of 2015
- EBITDA for the quarter was $3.2 million, a 6% decrease from the second quarter of 2015
- EBITDA was lower due to a weaker quarter in the Logistics segment, the Truck Transportation segment increased in both revenue and EBITDA
- Annual run rate remains unchanged with revenue and EBITDA in excess of $125 million and $14.5 million, on a post synergy basis.
Segment Highlights
- Truck Transportation segment revenue was $21.4 million, a 6% increase over the second quarter of 2015
- Truck Transportation segment EBITDA margin was 16.3%, up from 13.1% in the second quarter of 2015
- Logistics segment revenue was $8.9 million, a 28% decrease over the second quarter of 2015
- Logistics segment EBITDA margin was 4.8%, down from 13.1% in the second quarter of 2015
- Results were impacted by weaker economic conditions
- Logistics segment will be focusing on increasing its sales team in future quarters
Mergers & Acquisitions Summary
- Windsor terminal acquisition fully integrated, focusing now on revenue growth
- Full integration of ProNorth expected to be completed in Q3 2016
- High visibility of M&A targets, continuing to target two acquisitions per year
- The Company has $34.5 million of undrawn credit facilities
- Fully funded to execute our acquisition strategy in 2016
