Woodbridge, ONTitanium Transportation Group Inc. (TSX-V:TTR) (“Titanium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the foundation for its new head office was completed in December and that the steel structure was delivered earlier this week to the construction site. Completion and occupation for the new head office is scheduled for Q3 2016.

The new 71,500 square foot facility is located in Caledon, Ontario and will accommodate Titanium’s head office operations, as well as an integrated warehouse, yard and third party mechanical shop. Titanium has entered a lease agreement for the facility for an initial term of 15 years.

Advantages of the new facility include:

  • Consolidation of the current Bolton, Burlington, Mississauga, and Woodbridge terminals and warehouses to one location resulting in significant cost savings
  • Built-for-purpose integrated warehouse, yard and third party mechanical shop to increase operating efficiencies
  • 100% increase in square footage for the fast growing Logistics division
  • Expanded, state-of-the-art driver lounge with training facilities, laundry and additional conveniences

Mr. Ted Daniel, CEO of Titanium commented: “The new Caledon Terminal allows for consolidation of all four of our current operating locations and future acquisitions in the Greater Toronto Area. The new facility will also allow for significant expansion of our logistics division which experienced 150% EBITDA growth during the first nine months of 2015.”
