Montréal, QC – Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSX-V:SIM / OTC PINK:SIMFF) (the “Company” or “Siyata”) announces the grant of 360,000 stock options (the “Stock Options”) in connection with the Company’s appointment of Gerald Bernstein as Chief Financial Officer pursuant to the terms of the Company’s stock option plan. The Stock Options have an exercise price of $0.36 per share.
90,000 of the Stock Options will vest immediately from the date of grant. Thereafter, the Stock Options will vest on a quarterly basis in tranches of 30,000 with the first tranche vesting on April 13, 2017, and shall expire, if unexercised, 5 years from the date of grant.
