Woodbridge, ON – Titanium Transportation Group Inc. (TSX-V:TTR) (“Titanium” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed the technology integration of ProNorth Transportation (“ProNorth”). The acquisition of ProNorth was completed on December 1, 2015.
ProNorth is now fully integrated onto Titanium’s software systems including third-party transportation management software platform TMW Systems TMWSuite®.1
The technology integration allows for:
- Increased revenue per mile
- Automated customs processing
- Fleet management including satellite and equipment monitoring
- Dispatch optimization
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Electronic Log Books
