Kate Hiscox, President of Venzee Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: VENZ) was interviewed by Vasudha Sharma, reporter for SmallCapPower about certain challenges in the retail industry along with a solution from Venzee’s technology and a sensational 2018.
Vasudha Sharma:
Can you give us a example on how your products works?
Kate Hiscox:
We’re starting to work with major retailers and back in September, we had a major retailer come and say to us how thousands of suppliers were filling out spreadsheets every day which caused mistakes to be made. It was inefficient so that’s when our technology came along to solve this issue.
It’s been phenomenal with the growth and this major retailer refers us to other suppliers who work with other retailers. Customer acquisition is quite high and the product speaks for itself. We come in with a product that turns a process that could take weeks to do into real time. There’s little competition in this space.
